In order to allow you to subscribe to our newsletter and receive our informational, promotional, advertising and marketing communications by e-mail relating to the activities we carry out, the following personal data of yours are processed: name, surname, ordinary e-mail address.

6. HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED AND WHERE IT IS STORED
Methods of processing, place, and storage of personal data
We process your personal data through the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data (Art. 4 no. 2) GDPR).
The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, by specifically appointed subjects and in compliance with the provisions of the (Articles 29 and 32 GDPR 2016/679).
The shelf life depends on the type of data processed; After the retention period, we arrange for the deletion of your personal data.
In order to comply with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation (art. 5 GDPR 2016/679), we will retain your personal data for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed and, in any case, no longer than the following timeframes:
- browsing data are deleted following their processing at the end of the browsing session and, in any case, a maximum of 7 days;
- Cookies are deleted according to their type and category, as indicated in the “Cookie Policy”;
- the personal data that you provide us to allow us to respond to your requests for information, appointments or to receive a demo of our services, sent through the Contact Form on the website www.eoliann.com are deleted at the end of the contractual relationship;
- The personal data you provide us to subscribe to our newsletter and receive our informational, promotional, advertising and marketing communications by e-mail relating to the activities we carry out: are deleted within 24 months from the start of the processing.
The place where we process your personal data is our headquarters, i.e. any other place where we or you are geolocated.

10. YOUR RIGHTS AS A SURFER
Rights of the data subject
At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:
- a) ask for confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;
- b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed and, where possible, the retention period;
- c) obtain the rectification and deletion of data;
- d) obtain the restriction of processing;
- e) obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
- f) object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
- g) object to automated decision-making related to natural persons, including profiling.
- h) request access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of processing concerning you or to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability;
- i) withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
- j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The answer will be provided to you, in intelligible form, preferably by e-mail, within a maximum of one month of the request, unless you submit a complaint, if you believe that your rights or that the procedure have not been respected, to the Guarantor on the protection of personal data (contact details in www.garanteprivacy.it ).
You will still have the right to obtain, with a reasoned and documented request, the correction or integration of the data, if inaccurate or incomplete. This will be carried out without delay, subject to verification of what has been requested. 11. COMPLAINT
Complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if you believe that your rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority using the method indicated on the website www.garanteprivacy.it or to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority in the Member State where you habitually reside or work, or the place where the alleged infringement is believed to have occurred.
12. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data lawfully and correctly, we have adopted and documented specific and adequate technical and organizational security measures (art. 32 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679) aimed at minimizing the risk of destruction, loss of personal data, unlawful or incorrect use, unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the purposes for which your personal data was acquired.
The processing is carried out through IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logical procedures strictly related to the purposes indicated.
13. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
Special categories of personal data
We do not process on your behalf data that can be qualified as “special categories of personal data“, i.e. data revealing “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as data relating to health, genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to a person’s sex life or sexual orientation” (Articles 9 and 10 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679).
We invite you not to enter any particular data in any field which, if entered, will be immediately deleted without being noted.
14. AUTOMATED PROCESSES AND PROFILING NOT APPLIED

We do not adopt any automated decision-making, including profiling (art. 22, paragraphs 1 and 4 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679).
